Psyonix previously brought a new take on Rocket League to mobile in the form of Rocket League Sideswipe(Free) which is a great example of superlative touch controls. When it released, we featured it as our Game of the Week and awarded it our iPhone Game of the Year for 2021. Since launch, Rocket League Sideswipe has gotten updated with new content and various fixes including Fortnite rewards recently. Today, the Rocket League Sideswipe Season 3 update has gone live bringing in a new Rocket Pass, the threes limited time mode to play with two friends together, the Longfield arena, spectator mode, and a lot more. Rocket League Sideswipe Season 3 will officially begin later today or tomorrow. The new Season 3 Rocket Pass has new free seasonal rewards as usual. You can now enable offscreen indicators for other player positions and try the new camera zoom method as well with today’s update. The controls have been improved for both touch and controllers with a new static joystick, joystick settings, and more.
